ChemiSorb Auto – Automated Chemisorption Analyzer for Catalyst Characterization


The Micromeritics ChemiSorb Auto redefines precision in chemisorption analysis, delivering ±1% repeatability, ultra-low internal volume, and fully automated workflows — all in a compact benchtop design. Engineered for heterogeneous catalyst characterization, it provides consistent, high-resolution data for both pulse chemisorption and temperature-programmed analyses, including reduction, oxidation, and desorption studies.


Featuring a patented gas blending valve, loop pressure measurement, and high-sensitivity thermal conductivity detector (TCD), ChemiSorb Auto ensures exceptional accuracy and reproducibility. Its dynamic clamshell furnace offers precise temperature control up to 1000 °C with rapid cooling and minimal overshoot, while an optional cryocooler extends measurements to sub-ambient conditions. Intuitive operation and automation make it easy for users of all experience levels to generate reliable results quickly.
