Micromeritics ChemiSorb HTP

ChemiSorb HTP – High-Throughput Chemisorption Analyzer for Catalyst Characterization
The Micromeritics ChemiSorb HTP is a fully automated, high-throughput chemisorption analyzer designed for precise characterization of catalysts, supported metals, and chemically active materials. With six independent analysis stations, each featuring individual temperature and flow control, the HTP delivers parallel, unattended operation for maximum laboratory productivity.
Using static manometric chemisorption, the ChemiSorb HTP measures total, reversible, and irreversible adsorption isotherms at sub-atmospheric pressures — providing detailed insights into metal dispersion, active surface area, particle size, and surface acidity. Independent in-situ sample activation prevents contamination and ensures consistent, reproducible results.
At Prisma Scientific, our specialists provide training, method development, and expert support, helping laboratories apply advanced chemisorption techniques for both research precision and high-throughput quality control.
