GeoPyc – Fast, Non-Destructive Envelope Density and Volume Analysis


The Micromeritics GeoPyc delivers highly accurate, reproducible measurements of envelope volume and density without damaging the sample. Using the innovative DryFlo® solid displacement medium, GeoPyc eliminates the need for mercury or other hazardous materials, offering a safe, fast, and non-invasive approach to density analysis for solid objects, powders, and formed materials.


Compact and easy to operate, GeoPyc provides results in as little as 15 minutes, making it ideal for both research and quality control environments. When combined with skeletal density data, it can also provide pore volume and porosity information for comprehensive material characterization.
